NEWPORT, RI (October 1, 2020) – Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce the sale of Redwood Hose Station 8, a uniquely renovated fire station residence, at 118 Prospect Hill Street in Newport, Rhode Island. The sale of this historic property is the highest sale on Newport's Historic Hill for at least the past ten years, according to the Statewide Multiple Listing Service, and the seventh highest in Newport for this year.
