NEWPORT, R.I — Newport’s historic Swanhurst Carriage House, built in 1851 at 447 Bellevue Avenue, has been sold for $3,271,000.
The recorded sale of this historic and stunning residence took place on August 26th. Gustave White Sotheby's International Realty’s sales associate Kate Greenman represented the seller during this transaction.
The historic stone carriage house has 4,550 square feet of exquisitely designed living space, beautifully landscaped gardens and grounds surrounding a Gunite pool and separate guest cottage.
The carriage house was once part of the Swanhurst estate, which included a manor house at 443 Bellevue Ave.
